Associate Planner
Enabling clients to achieve their development objectives through effective, efficient and timely engagement throughout the planning process. In many cases, this will mean helping to deliver a valuable planning permission, free of unreasonable conditions and obligations but will also involve delivering advice that assists with strategy development, decision-making and problem solving.

- a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with significant post-qualification experience (min 5 years);
- inquisitorial and a problem solver;
- highly analytical and numerate;
- a good verbal communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
- excellent at report writing and presenting;
- ambitious and enthusiastic;
- an effective negotiator;
- commercially minded / entrepreneurial with the ability to act as an ambassador for the business.
Senior Planner

- A member of the Royal Town Planning Institute or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Planning & Development Surveyor); with normally at least three years’ experience post professional qualification;
- Inquisitorial and a problem solver;
- Highly analytical and numerate;
- A good verbal communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good at report writing and presentation;
- Ambitious and enthusiastic;
- Have practical experience of both development management and development plan processes;
- Have a good understanding of the housing market and how robust planning advice plays a central role in driving land value enhancement.
